A starter guide for buying DRIP
What is DRIP?
DRIP is a token that provides passive income of 1% on daily basis. It is a BEP-20 token BSC that creates value by being scarce and deflationary.
What is DRIP Faucet?
To get the passive income of 1% daily(Can be up to 3600% APY if compounded) you need to deposit the DRIP tokens in DRIP Faucet. And before depositing DRIP to Faucet, you need to buy DRIP tokens. The guide below will give you details on how to buy DRIP tokens from the mobile app or from a PC or laptop.
Precondition
- You need a wallet(Could be Metamask, Trust Wallet, Saefpal, etc)
- You need either BNB or BUSD on the BEP-20 network on any of the wallets mentioned above or any other wallet you are using.
- Also, some extra BNB coins for the gas fee.
Creating a wallet
For mobile you can install multiple wallets, like, Metamask, Trust wallet, safepal. If you are on Android, I would suggest Trust wallet and if on iOS, Metamask is best option.
After installation, you have to create a wallet. The app will give you two options, one is to import or another is to create a wallet. Since you are creating a new wallet, so you will choose create a wallet option. The app guide is self explanatory for the rest of process. Make sure to save the security phrase anywhere safe. It is used to retrieve the wallet and very important.
For Trust wallet, you do not have to add Binance chain network but for Metamask, you have to. Follow the below link for guidance:

Getting the BNB to the wallet
There are two ways to buy DRIP, one from the Pancakeswap and second from DRIP SWAP. DRIP SWAP gives the option to swap DRIP from BNB and it is recommended to get DRIP from DRIP SWAP, so for the sake of simplicity, I will use BNB coins.
The first thing to do is to buy the BNB. You can buy BNB from any of the exchange as per your convenience.
Get the BNB BEP-20 transfer address from the wallet. Go to the exchange whichever you are using and select withdraw option.
Select BNB and paste the address wherever required. You might not be able to select the network. But if required select BEP-20 network. I would recommended to use Binance exchange as it has the minimum fee for BNB transfer.
Wait for sometimes and Voila, your BNB will be in your required wallet.
Connecting wallet to DRIP
- Go to https://drip.community/fountain .
- Select wallet connect option.
- It will give 2 option, Metamask and Wallet Connect.
- If you are using Metamask, just select Metamask. Metamask will open and give you the option of connecting to wallet.
- Press connect.
- If you are using any other wallet, select Wallet Connect and it will give you the option of available wallet in your phone or laptop.
- On selecting particular wallet, the wallet will open and select the connect option.
Buying DRIP and enjoy 1% daily income
Once your wallet will get connected, you will see BNB balance in https://drip.community/fountain.
Exchange BNB to DRIP. Make sure to keep some BNB in wallet for gas fee(Around $5 is enough).
